Find Zen and Healing at Room to Breathe
10 April 2018

For many people, the physical and mental practice of yoga serves as a form of therapy. It works as a coping mechanism that eases the stresses of daily life, as well as instances of trauma. At Room to Breathe, situated in a private practice cluster called The Center, yoga complements classic forms of psychotherapy offered by other practitioners.

Come to one of the small, relaxing yoga classes as your first step to a healthier and happier life. The studio offers anywhere from one to four classes on a daily basis. Some offer a typical Mindful Flow or Flow and Restore approach to yoga, while others take aim at specific issues. If you're feeling overwhelmed at work, come to Chair Yoga for Stress Reduction. If you've suffered a great trauma, sign up for Yoga for the Trauma Survivor. You can always add acupuncture or a counseling session after class.
